Refund on Cancellation
Cancellation Policy:
- If cancellations are made within 10 days or prior, no cancellation charges will be deducted from the booking amount.
- If cancellations are made between 10-05 days, 50% of the booking amount will be charged as cancellation fee.
- If cancellations are made in less than 05 days, 100% of the booking amount will be charged as cancellation fee.
- Service charges of the particular event or activity are non-refundable in the case of cancellation request made by the customer.
Reschedule Policy:
- Rescheduling of the activity can be made minimum 5 days prior with no extra cost if there are no changes in the rates by the organiser.
- Rescheduling is subject to the availability.
- If there are any changes in the price of activity, difference amount has to be paid by the customer prior 5 days of the activity booking date. If the difference amount is lesser than the booking amount, the difference will be refunded to the customer in the case of rescheduling.
Please note that GoJunglee charges minimum cancellation fees, which is non – refundable. Feel free to call or email us if you have any further doubts.
In an unlikely event that an operator cancels a confirmed booking, the user can opt for refund of his payment amount or reschedule his activity to another date. GoJunglee will refund the entire amount for such booking to the user within a commercially reasonable time of the cancellation and the user may receive an email or SMS containing alternative Listings and other related information.

Since our activities are hugely dependant on weather conditions, the Operator has the discretion to cancel an individual/group booking. Subject to the user's consent and availability of slots, the operator and the user may choose to reschedule the activity for another date.
