Summary:

Located a short walk away from the beach, our property is spread over lush greenery abundance with coconut, betelnut, jackfruit, banana & pineapple plantation. It is scenic and peaceful, promising a restful and relaxing stay in Shrivardhan.Â

We have Wooden Villas available for guests. It comes with two master bedrooms, both with attached toilets. There is a large Hall that comes with seating space and four single beds. There is a cable TV and hot shower facilities are available as well. Our homestay is very family friendly, with a play area, consisting of a small jungle gym and swing-set.Â

We have a separate dining area, where local meals are provided at additional cost.Â

During their stay, guests can spend time in Shrivardhan Beach and enjoy water activities on offer. They can also visit the Shiva Temple and Bankot Fort or take day trips to Diveagar and Harihareshwar.

Cancellation Policy:

If cancellations are made within 10 days or prior, no cancellation charges will be deducted from the booking amount.
If cancellations are made between 10-05 days, 50% of the booking amount will be charged as cancellation fee.
If cancellations are made in less then 05 days, 100% of the booking amount will be charged as cancellation fee.

Reschedule Policy:

Rescheduling of the activity can be made minimum 5 days prior with no extra cost if there are no changes in the rates by the organiser.
Rescheduling is subject to the availability.
If there are any changes in the price of activity, difference amount has to be paid by the customer prior 5 days of the activity booking date. If the difference amount is lesser than the booking amount, the difference will be refunded to the customer in the case of rescheduling
